Tips 1- 5: WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO VIEW MAINTAINING YOUR LIFE IMPROVEMENT 

  • Tip #1-  Bolder Self Awareness. In order to build self-awareness, you must first be open to being completely honest with yourself at all times. Start by acknowledging and evaluating your innermost thoughts, emotions, and reactions to life. This is when true self-awareness begins. In order to maintain a bolder self-awareness, you must have a deeper understanding of your conscious and your subconscious thoughts. This is required in order to carry out behavioral changes for extended periods of time because, throughout life, you have programmed your subconscious with social learning of habits, thoughts, and beliefs. Anyone lacking complete self-awareness will have a limited commitment and constant unfinished goals as a result of ignoring subconscious thoughts, feeling and beliefs. That’s why checking in with yourself often can reduce the likelihood of you subconsciously jumping off course.
  • Tip #2  Understanding the Power of Thought Management. When it comes to your thoughts it is necessary that you control what you are thinking or your thoughts will control you. Don’t allow any type of negative thought to dwell in your mental space. Practice thought reframing by identifying and then disputing unreasonable thoughts and redirect your focus and attention to more positive things. Realize that your thoughts become your actions and your actions become your behaviors. Be Bolder than your negative thoughts and limit the time and energy you spend with negative, unproductive thought processes. Nothing good usually comes from them. They will keep you from being Bolder!
  • Tip #3– Know & Understand Your Plan of Action/Goal (s) Clearly.Your goal should roll off of your tongue like your name and address. You should know all the details of what you are working towards and if you do not, it is time to get a notepad and start putting your steps in order. In order to accomplish anything, you must first have complete clarity on what it is that you are committing to work on or through. Without a clear understanding, you are just planning your failure.
  • Tip #4– Be Intentional & Solution Focused. It’s time for you do things on purpose and identify a solution for what you’re trying to accomplish. If you are not successful, you should be so aware of your circumstance that you can track your steps back to the moment of a misstep. Seek to solve your problems and not add to them. Be intentional and minimize your negative chatter with others and self and remain mindful of the intentions of those around you.
  • Tip #5– Build your Accountability Group Now!  It’s time for you have more than one accountability partner. You need to find 2 individuals that you would not want to disappoint. Next, find 2 more that would be expecting you to stay committed and make things happen by any means necessary. Lastly, hold yourself accountable at all costs.
